1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Fitviora ("the Platform"), a product of Synvolve Intellis, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Fitviora provides gym management software-as-a-service (SaaS) including but not limited to branch management, member tracking, trainer assignments, and automated billing integration. Synvolve Intellis reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time.
3. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our partners (e.g., Razorpay). Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific agreement.
4. Data Ownership and Security
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform. Synvolve Intellis implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Limitation of Liability
Synvolve Intellis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
